Delivery

All Customer orders are placed on a ‘Next-Day Service’, which offers all purchases on goods will be delivered the day after they have been collected from our courier. For example; if the goods leave Essential Custom Clothing’s warehouse on Monday, then they be delivered (received) by Tuesday – This is for UK Mainland shipments only.

Plain Items & Sample Shipments

DTF Orders that are placed before 10.00am will be printed the same day and we aim to have them despatched the same working day.

Clothing orders that are placed with us, and do not require any customisation then these will be despatched within 3 working days.

Tracking

All UK deliveries are made by our delivery courier (FedEx); when we ship your parcel you will receive an email from them with a consignment number which will enable you to live track your parcel and your delivery time slot will become accessible on the day of delivery.
